![]() ![]() I thought for sure I was going to have to quit playing the game because of this, and I would have had to quit playing had a fix not just appeared, seemingly out of nowhere. Apparently, they were listening to complaints because they fixed the problem after a long time, but they didn't communicate with customers what they were doing to fix it, not even on social media sites, and they don't give customers an easy way to get in touch with them when they have a problem - and that is very frustrating. I hold back one start and give it a 4 star instead of a 5 star, because their customer service does need to improve for the reasons I stated in my original post that will be at the bottom of this. I love the game and recommend the game highly - for playing it. The game is a lot of fun, just challenging enough, and inspires creativity as you build aquariums. If I were rating only playing the game, I'd give it a 5 Star Plus. ![]() Since it's fixed now, I'm going to be change my rating to a 4 Star from a 2 Star. UPDATE: Since I placed this review, the problem I was having disappeared as mysteriously as it started, although it took a month and that was a month I couldn't play the game. ![]()
